What To Expect

Intake Paperwork

When you arrive at the office for your initial appointment you will be asked to complete your intake paperwork. You may also print if off and complete prior to coming in for your appointment. The intake paperwork will give us an excellent understanding of your health history and current health status.

Consultation

Once your paperwork is completed, you will sit down with the doctor to discuss your health concerns. This is the first step in determining if you are a good candidate for chiropractic care.

Examination

After determining you are a good candidate for chiropractic, the doctor will perform a thorough physical, neurological and chiropractic exam. If warranted, spinal X-rays will also need to be performed. Together, the exam findings and x-rays will determine the cause of your health concerns discussed during the consultation. This will allow the doctor to create a care plan specific to your needs.
